Designed for athletes new to wrestling or still developing their foundational skills, the House Program focuses on core techniques while keeping practices fun and engaging. Wrestlers may participate in local events, but competition is optional. This is a great option for athletes looking to build confidence and enjoy the sport in a positive team setting. Perfect for busy families that want their athlete to participate in the sport, but cannot attend many weekend events. Families may start in-house and transfer to Travel Team practice as the season progresses.
Youth wrestlers start working on the basic foundations of wrestling at an easy to learn pace.
We focus on position, movement, and level change. We put a strong emphasis on athletic development.
